Recover Mobility. Relieve Pain. Reset Your Body.
Toronto’s premier Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) specialists.
We work with your unique flow so that you can move freely again.
Feeling stiff, sore, or stuck?
You don’t have to live with chronic tightness or "desk posture"
but standard stretching often isn't enough.
To truly reset your movement, you need to target the fascia:
the connective net that holds everything together.
At The Reset Method, we use table-based, assisted stretching to precisely decompress joints and release deep tension that self-stretching simply can’t reach.
Assess: We start with a full movement assessment to pinpoint where you are restricted.
Release: You relax on the table while we use traction and oscillation to clear blockages.
Reset: We re-assess your movement instantly so you can see and feel the difference in range of motion.
Expert care, curated uniquely to you.
Once you start incorporating fascia stretching into your life, you won’t be able to stop. You’ll love the way it makes you feel – flexible, light, and free from pain. Whether you are an elite athlete needing recovery or an office worker needing relief from sitting all day, our personalized approach meets you where you are.
Your Questions, Answered.
What should wear for a stretch session?
Stay comfy! We are moving your limbs in many different directions so having access to full range of motion is important. Feel free to wear track pants, shorts, t-shirts or sweaters.
How often should you do Fascial Stretch Therapy?
Stretch therapy is an accumulative treatment. You will notice from session to session it gets easier. Joints will start to glide smoother and range of motion becomes bigger. When you begin your treatments, we suggest once a week for the first few sessions based on your current mobility and from there, maintenance could be every 4-6 weeks.
Who can benefit from a Fascial Stretch Therapy session?
Anyone looking to increase their mobility, flexibility and decrease the feeling of stiffness.
Is Fascial Stretch Therapy uncomfortable or painful?
It's more of a relaxing sensation as we work through and release the built up tension throughout your body. There can be a few sticky spots that may cause discomfort on the initial sight, but once we work through it, it becomes bliss.
Is there anything should do after a treatment session?
Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water as stretching out the fascia can make you dehydrated. You may feel a little sore or tender after a session, that's normal. Keep some light movement in your routine. Also avoid any heavy lifting prior to having a stretch session. Give your body at least 12 hours to work the stability back into your joints.
