Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water as stretching out the fascia can make you dehydrated. You may feel a little sore or tender after a session, that's normal. Keep some light movement in your routine. Also avoid any heavy lifting prior to having a stretch session. Give your body at least 12 hours to work the stability back into your joints.

Should you need to rebook or cancel your stretch session, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment amount.
